About the Role:

Randstad is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a established organisation in the energy sector. In this role, you'll lead the New Connections team, supporting residential, commercial, and industrial customers with natural gas availability and connection requests.

• Start Date - The role will commence when the right person is found.
• Pay Rate - $45 p/h + Super
• Availability - Monday - Friday
• Location - Eagle farm, Brisbane
• Contract: 6 Month Contract - Opportunity to Extend
• Bonus: Parking on site, showers, change rooms

About You:

• Call center experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of unions and how they operate in a workplace setting (desirable)

Role Requirements:

• Lead the daily operations of the team.
• Provide training and support.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance
• Help improve processes and service delivery
• Collaborate with other departments
