Your new company

Our client is an established and growing retail and commercial property investment and development company, and they are currently looking for a Centre Manager to run one of their centres in the Moreton Bay Region.

Your new role

As the Centre Manager based on-site, supported by an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Retail property management, leasing and facilities management
• Strategic business planning
• Budgeting for the centre
• Building strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholders
• Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers
• Identifying leasing opportunities
• Financial Management, including forecasting and ensuring financial targets are met
• Managing debtors
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Strong understanding of centre operational and facilities management/compliance
• Reviewing and analysing centre performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in centre management or extensive retail property management experience
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, leadership, relationship building and communication skills
