Position Overview:
The Candidate Consultant plays a crucial role within the branch in supporting key areas of the recruitment process.

The role will involve working alongside the consultants in sourcing and screening the best and most suitable candidates for our clients across Queensland.

KEY CANDIDATE ATTRACTION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work alongside the high volume recruitment desks and assist with candidate screening, interviewing and processing where required.
• Assist at times with candidate searching via SEEK and Linked In Recruiter.
• Assist with placing adverts and driving marketing campaigns along with consultants and Tradewind Head Office marketing teams.
• Develop and release job postings on job board platforms, such as Seek, indeed, Tradewind website, social media and professional platforms.
• Screen and respond to applicants and prospects, qualify and verify for suitability, and book interviews or refer candidates to relevant teams to book.
• Ensure minimum compliance requirements are met for registering/ interviewing candidates.
• Conducting phone screens and phone interviews where required
• Participating in compliance audits when required.
• Managing the candidate journey through the application process to activation.
