This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a commercially minded operator with a sharp eye for detail, a get-it-done attitude, and the flexibility to pivot between high-level priorities and hands-on support.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing high-level personal assistance including vehicle coordination, insurance management, and ad-hoc personal admin
• Managing operational matters across industrial unit sites, liaising with contractors, trades, and third parties
• Overseeing finance administration including payables/receivables, reconciliations, and credit card processing
• Handling sensitive legal documentation with discretion and accuracy
• Coordinating projects end-to-end, think travel logistics, car hire, property works, and more
• Acting as the go-to support for a senior executive juggling commercial and personal demands

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Experience in finance support, operations, personal assistance, or project coordination roles
• Proven ability to operate autonomously with strong commercial judgment and financial literacy
• Resilience under pressure and the confidence to deliver direct feedback when needed
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle shifting priorities with a positive attitude
• Experience reviewing legal documents or working alongside legal and commercial advisors
• Strong interpersonal skills and a level-headed approach in high-stakes or fast-paced environments
• Confidence working in a direct, results-driven workplace (predominantly male-led), where performance is valued over fluff
