Smart Study Australia is seeking a skilled and organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, takes initiative, and has strong leadership and coordination skills.
Location: Suite 502, Level 5, 155 Castlereagh St, Sydney NSW 2000
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, systems, and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Allocate office resources including staff, equipment, and workspace.
Supervise and monitor performance of administrative personnel.
Maintain office records, accounts, and compliance documentation.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
Coordinate with professionals and departments to resolve issues.
Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures.
Ensure adherence to government policies and regulatory requirements.
Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and payroll processing.
Requirements
Diploma or Higher Degree
Proven experience in office administration or team leadership.
Strong understanding of workplace regulations, policies, and health and safety standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Desirable:
Prior experience in the education or migration sector.
Familiarity with compliance and record-keeping in an RTO or CRICOS setting.
