About the Role:

As our Clinical Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight across DANS’ aged care and disability services. You will guide and support a team of Registered Nurses and oversee the development and implementation of robust clinical governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

This is a pivotal role that combines clinical expertise, team leadership, and service innovation to achieve high-quality, person-centred outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of clinical governance frameworks.

Provide expert clinical oversight and drive quality assurance initiatives.

Ensure regulatory compliance across clinical policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Mentor and manage the Registered Nursing team, promoting excellence in care.

Oversee recruitment, performance management, and professional development of clinical staff.

Support service delivery including client assessments, care reviews, and complex health supports.

Collaborate with leadership to maintain and execute a Continuous Improvement Plan.

Represent DANS at community and promotional events, showcasing our commitment to quality care.

What You’ll Bring:

Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.

Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care or disability services.

Strong knowledge of relevant care standards, regulations, and governance.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and implement strategic improvements.
