We are now looking for a dynamic Health Service Manager to lead our allied health workforce and oversee day-to-day operations, clinical governance, and service improvement initiatives.

About the Role

As the Health Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role across Super Rehab clinical team, ensuring clinical service quality, efficient workflows, and staff performance meet our high standards. Reporting directly to the Director, you will oversee allied health teams, supervise team leaders, and champion continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the clinical governance function, ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery

Oversee incident and complaints management, documentation standards, and service KPIs

Implement and systemise workflows to enhance operational efficiency

Support recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance management

Collaborate with team leads to optimise resource allocation and multidisciplinary care

Monitor and improve compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards

Contribute to business development, external stakeholder engagement, and service innovation

Lead policy and procedure development across clinical and operational areas

What You’ll Need

Relevant Allied Health qualification and AHPRA registration (or equivalent)

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a clinical leadership or health services management role

Strong understanding of NDIS and aged care service delivery models

Proven skills in team management, workflow improvement, and clinical supervision

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of WHS, risk management, and compliance requirements

Current NSW Driver’s Licence
