We’re a Perth-based remediation business specialising in leak detection and building repairs. We work with commercial builders, strata companies, and facility managers to fix waterproofing failures, repair damage, and get buildings back to standard. If you’ve got a background in tiling, roofing, concrete, or general building maintenance, we can train you up in leak detection/waterproofing and make good use of your skills.

The Role
You’ll be out on-site, identifying and fixing the root cause of water ingress and repairing any damage. No two jobs are the same. You'll be expected to:

Trace and fix leaks in flat roofs, balconies, bathrooms, and retaining walls

Repair membranes, flashings, sealants, and damaged linings

Patch and make good with tiling, render, gyprock, or concrete finishes

Work solo or with a small crew, depending on job size

Keep basic job notes and photos on your phone

What We’re Looking For

Background in tiling, roofing, plastering, concreting, or general building repairs

Can think on your feet and solve problems on-site

White Card essential; Working at Heights or EWP tickets are a bonus

Must be reliable, tidy, and able to communicate clearly

Current driver’s licence

Current or willing-to-obtain National Police Clearance
