WA Project & Commercial Waterproofing is a Waterproofing specialist service operating and covering all WA, we are on the lookout for a Waterproofing technician/applicator who is looking for a change /step up for career progression from the daily grind of being on the "TOOLS" . A excellent opportunity presents for the selected candidate to be trained as one of our inhouse inspectors to assist as we continue to grow our business whilst providing quality control measures and unparalleled service.

The Role:

You’ll be based on-site, conducting inspections of completed work by our team of applicators. Your focus will be assessing the quality of each job, providing training on any required refinements or rework, and ensuring all tasks meet WAPW’s high standards. Where necessary, you may also carry out minor repairs or touch-ups to finalise and sign off on the job for handover.

Patching of minor defects in Waterproofing Membrane/Silicone Application

Knowledge of leak detection in wet areas and determine desired outcome for handover

Basic understanding in plumbing and construction to resolve any issues

Work solo or with a small crew, depending on job size

Keep job notes/details and photos via inhouse mobile application direct with office

What We’re Looking For

Background in Waterproofing, tiling, plumbing and or construction required

Can think on your feet and solve problems on-site

Communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner with all levels

White Card essential

Knowledge of rules and regulations of wet area waterproofing

MUST be reliable, tidy, and able to communicate clearly

Current driver’s licence

Minimum 2 years as applicator/technician
