Air Conditioning Service Technician

About the role
Central Coast Air Conditioning is seeking a driven and experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician to become part of our service team in Tuggerah which services only the Central Coast and Southern Lake Macquarie.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while mentoring apprentices in the service, maintenance, and repair of both commercial and residential air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

Support senior technicians with the service and repair of air conditioning systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot, identifying system faults across various systems and brands.

Help teach apprentices hands-on skills in maintenance, diagnostic/repairs and troubleshooting.

Uphold safety standards and protocols ensuring work meets company and industry standards.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Deliver great customer service. We take looking after our clients seriously.

What we're looking for

This role is for a Service Technician who wants to take their skills to the next level.

Willingness to learn with a genuine interest in HVAC service and repairs.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer service abilities.

You will have a strong work ethic and will strive to meet deadlines and complete your jobs on time and assist your team to do the same.

Construction White Card

ARCTICK Licence (Full)

NSW Air Conditioning Supervisor Licence

EWP Yellow Card (Advantage)
