About the Role

We’re hiring two full-time HVAC Service Technicians: one based in Wollongong with some Sydney work, the other in Sydney’s CBD and metro areas. You’ll service and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, from small air cooled splits to water cooled chillers, handle fault finding, quote repairs, and assist with installations. A company vehicle keeps travel smooth.

About You

You’re a skilled technician who loves nailing every job. Sick of disorganised teams? Join us for a workplace that values your talent.

You’ll need:

3+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience in commercial HVAC servicing.

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, ARCTick licence, and full driver’s licence.

Great communication to connect with clients and teammates.

Team spirit and the ability to work solo, with solid WH&S knowledge.

Installation experience for commercial projects.

Chiller experience (a bonus, not a must).

Job management system experience.
