About the role

Ready Electrical and Air Conditioning is seeking a experienced Senior Air Conditioning Tradesman to join our team on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, NSW. This full-time role will involve the installation, servicing and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

Carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning equipment

Liaise with customers to understand their air conditioning needs and provide solutions

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

Maintain accurate records of work carried out

Assist with the training and mentoring of junior technicians

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualification in air conditioning and refrigeration

Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified air conditioning technician

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients

Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations and best practices

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
