Job Description...

Deliver Expert Service to Service Today customers needing assistance with heating / cooling maintenance and repairs

Lead, mentor, coach and provide in field training and feedback to the Service Today HVAC Apprentices

Maintain and promote a high level service standard, professional, and friendly work environment.

Understand and comply with Service Today Work Health and Safety Policy, other company policies and statutory requirements impacting the position

Sales Based role

Skills and Experience…

Trade qualified for +3 years

Must have minimum 2 years Sales Experience

Must have HVAC trade experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and completing installations

A current driver’s license and a good driving record

Technology and Computer literate. Familiarity with paperless booking and work systems will be an advantage

An eye for detail and the skills to provide top quality workmanship for Service Today customers

Previous supervisor experience will be highly regarded

The key to success in this role is to have strong time management skills, problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, be a quick learner and a strong adherence to deadlines.
