About the role

Due to continual growth we are currently seeking a self-motivated Senior Service Technician with at least 8 years experience in the industry.

This role will be looking after a number of commercial sites, completing preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs and quoting any work generated on your sites.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Senior Technician as you will have the freedom to manage and take ownership of your own sites with the support of the Service Director.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience working in a commercial environment.
• HVAC Trade Licence.
• White Card.
• Drivers Licence.
• Arctick refrigeration handling licence.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Well presented, reliable and punctual.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide effective solutions for commercial breakdown, service diagnostics, and repairs to all types of HVAC equipment.
• Complete daily inspections, job notes and report writing.
• Utilise simPRO software to provide job notes at time of closing off and completing jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operation and maintenance for the site, carrying out equipment inspections as part of the preventative maintenance job plan.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and established clients and stakeholders.
