Your new role

In this role, you will take the lead as a Senior HSE Advisor primarily on a multi-residential project as well as other commercial developments across Brisbane. This includes:

• Ensuring all safety documentation is up-to-date, including Safety Plans, Inductions, and Risk Registers
• Conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and inductions
• Undertaking safety inspections and audits to provide strategies for improved safety
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors and trades to foster a positive on-site environment
• Provide support and advice to the site management team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have experience as an HSE Coordinator on commercial and/or multi-residential projects. You will also have:

• Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
• Substantial of experience in the high-rise and commercial construction sector.
• A complete understanding of current legislation, regulations & building codes
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to set up systems, policies, plans and processes
• Solid systems' knowledge (eg: Buildsafe)
