Intro Recruitment are working alongside an Aged Care Community located on the Gold Coast. This brand-new development features two 14-storey towers positioned above a three-storey podium, forming a premium vertical retirement village in partnership with a respected aged care provider.

The project blends high-end residential living with integrated community care and safety is at the heart of everything we do.

Position

To thrive in this role, you'll bring recent experience as an HSE Advisor within a mid or top-tier construction company, specifically on high-rise residential projects.

You’re highly organised, meticulous with documentation, and well-versed in current HSE legislation. You take ownership of your responsibilities, consistently meet deadlines, and combine commercial awareness with strong technical expertise to enhance productivity and safety through smart, practical procedures.

Your ability to conduct toolbox talks and lead site audits will be essential, as will your proactive approach to fostering a safe, efficient work environment.
You'll be stepping into a supportive, collaborative team culture—one where your contributions are valued and where you'll genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years recent experience working for a commercial construction company
• Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alike
• Diligent with your paperwork
• Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
• Have a hands on and proactive approach to your role
• Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety
