The Company:
Our client is a well-established and nationally recognised manufacturer of specialist poly piping systems, servicing industries such as mining, construction, infrastructure, civil, and agriculture.

The Position:
The Sales and Tender Coordinator will support the national sales function and drive the coordination of high-quality tender submissions.
This role focuses on tender compilation, CRM management (HubSpot), performance reporting, and general sales support. You'll liaise across departments, manage deadlines, and play a key part in tracking and improving sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CRO with priorities, documents, and follow-ups
- Coordinate and submit professional tenders
- Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM and reporting
- Assist sales team with admin, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis
- Liaise with internal departments for input on sales/tender content
- Use Office 365 and Teams for communication and document control

The Candidate:
We're looking for a proactive, organised and commercially-minded coordinator with a background in sales support, tenders, or project admin.
Preferred background includes:
- Experience with tender coordination and/or sales support
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Confident with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Able to manage deadlines and work independently
- Experience in mining, construction, infrastructure or civil industries preferred
- Project coordination experience is desirable
