What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing white-collar talent pools across Mining (Underground & Open Pit Engineers, Managers, Geologists, Tech Services and Leadership)
• Interviewing and qualifying professionals for permanent and contract roles
• Writing job ads that cut through the noise
• Sourcing actively via Seek, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach
• Supporting the team with shortlists, market insights, and candidate submissions
• Being a real partner to your candidates. No ghosting, no BS

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with energy, grit, and a strong sense of ownership
• A good judge of people, outcomes-focused and detail-conscious
• Confident communicator who knows when to listen and when to challenge
• Someone who cares about doing things properly and building long-term relationships
• Person who is genuinely interested in self development
• Ideally, you’ve recruited in resources, mining, or technical markets, or you’ve been in the industry and want to step into recruitment
