With several large-scale developments already in motion, they’re looking for a Project Contracts Specialist to take charge of key contract and financial components across $50M+ builds.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially astute CA looking for a fresh start or someone ready to step into a more senior project delivery role.
Your Role:

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, variations, and claims
• Track project costs, monitor budgets, and support forecasting
• Liaise daily with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
• Maintain financial documentation, project reports, and compliance
• Use Cheops or similar software to keep data clean and accessible
• Contribute to commercial strategy and risk minimisation

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator role on large commercial builds
• Strong cost management and negotiation skills
• Cheops experience highly regarded, but not essential
• Clear communicator with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines
• Perth-based project experience and full Australian work rights
