Join the team at IHR Australia (based is William St. 3000) as a Workplace Advisory & Investigations Consultant. In this full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC, you will be providing strategic and independent advisory services to support our clients in the areas of workplace relations, investigations, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Advising clients on workplace relations matters, industrial relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations

Undertaking compliance reviews and building strategies to assist organisations to manage compliance matters

Conducting impartial workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct, discrimination, or other workplace issues

Developing and delivering practical solutions to help clients resolve workplace challenges and mitigate legal risks

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide integrated advisory services to clients

Staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and industry best practices

Contributing to the ongoing development of IHR Australia's service offerings and thought leadership

What we're looking for

A minimum of four years experience in workplace relations, investigations, or a similar advisory role

Good understanding of employment laws, industrial relations, and compliance requirements

Proven track record of conducting impartial and thorough workplace investigations

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to provide pragmatic and commercially-focused advice to clients

Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
