TMJ Clinics is a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in the advanced treatment of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) pain and related issues such as posture, spine, and stress. Our patient-focused practice offers a unique approach combining dental and physiotherapy expertise to provide comprehensive care for our patients. As we expand, we are seeking a Part-Time Sales Representative to help promote our clinic to dental and medical practices in the community.

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Sales Representative at TMJ Clinics, you will play a key role in promoting our clinic's services and building relationships with local dental and medical practices. You will be responsible for visiting practices, educating healthcare providers about the benefits of our multidisciplinary approach to treating TMJ-related conditions, and distributing promotional materials. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing awareness of TMJ Clinics and expanding our referral network.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Healthcare Providers: Visit dental and medical practices to introduce and promote TMJ Clinics.

Promote Our Services: Present the clinic’s services and the advantages of our unique, multidisciplinary approach to TMJ treatment.

Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture positive relationships with local healthcare professionals, building trust and increasing referrals.

Distribute Promotional Materials: Share informative materials about our services and answer any questions or inquiries.

Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and provide feedback from the field.

Skills and Experience

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with healthcare providers and patients.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and be proactive in your approach to sales.

Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus.

Interest in Health and Wellness: A passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of TMJ and related issues, is advantageous.

Travel-Ready: Access to reliable transportation for travel between dental and medical practices.

Flexible Working Hours: Work within clinic hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm), totalling approximately 12-16 hours per week.
