About MOA Benchmarking

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team in a pre-sales and marketing support role. This is a hybrid position that spans client engagement, demo delivery, proposal support, and digital marketing. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable speaking with people, and can confidently represent a SaaS product in the care sector.
You’ll be supporting our growth team by:
Coordinating and delivering software demonstrations to prospective clients (training provided)
Drafting and sending proposals and follow-ups after demos
Reaching out to providers (by email or LinkedIn) to offer demos or share insights
Supporting our presence at events and conferences, including attending and assisting on the stand
Creating or contributing to posts and content for our LinkedIn page and other channels
Working with the team to refine our messaging, collateral, and outreach strategy
About You
You’re a clear communicator with a knack for explaining things simply. You’re not afraid to jump into a conversation or try something new. Maybe you’ve worked in a sales, account management, marketing, or education/training role before — or maybe you’ve supported tech adoption in a care service.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in a customer-facing or engagement role (sales support, onboarding, or client success)
Confidence presenting to small groups, in person or online
Excellent written communication skills
An interest in health, aged care, disability, or regulatory systems
A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Highly Desirable
Exposure to the aged care, disability, health, or community services sectors
Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital systems in a care or regulatory context
Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking or outreach
