About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join the team at Blue Lotus College in our Melbourne CBD college. This is a full-time role responsible for generating new leads and sales for our range of educational courses and programs. As the successful candidate, you will play a key part in the growth and expansion of our college.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new students

Liaise with potential students to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses

Liaise with education agents, both onshore and offshore, to strengthen recruitment partnerships and support student referrals.

Coordinate the process of student enrolments and ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new students

Maintain and update our student database, tracking leads and conversions

Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials

Represent the college at industry events and networking opportunities

Deliver exceptional customer service to all current and prospective students, providing timely support and accurate information.

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably in the education or training sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis

A passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their goals

Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field
