About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Customer Support Officer to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Virginia, QLD. This part-time, office-based role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people over the phone, can work to clear KPIs, and has a background in customer service or the NDIS space.

📅 Start times will vary between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday only.
Hours: 30 - 38 per week
Salary: $26-$28 per hour on a PPT basis
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from NDIS clients, families, and employees regarding supports, services, and schedules
Make outbound calls to follow up on support needs, clarify appointments, or assist with rostering
Build rapport and trust quickly with clients and support staff over the phone & when required through front line support in emergencies during business hours.
Document outcomes of calls and actions in our CRM system with accuracy and speed
Work collaboratively with the Business Support Officer, Team Leaders, and CEO
Meet performance-based KPIs including call response times, issue resolution, and report completion
What We're Looking For
✅ Strong background in customer service or call centre environments
✅ Exceptional phone manner – warm, clear, and professional
✅ Speed to execute and action follow up requests
✅ Ability to work toward and consistently meet KPIs
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, Software
✅ Able to build relationships quickly and maintain trust through regular communication
✅ No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and be trained
✅ Be willing to support clients in person in service delivery during business hours. Exceptional phone manner – warm, clear, and professionaL
✅ Must be willing to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Employee Type)
Blue Card (Working with Children Clearance)
Own vehicle & insurances
First Aid & CPR
