Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Office & Site based role
• Management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Management of Contracts - Progress Claims / Variations
• QA Management
• Liaising and managing client relationships
• Production of work methodologies and packages
• Programming works and project planning
• Assisting in design changes
• Estimating, Forecasting and budgeting
• Raising RFI and NCR's

Skills and Experience:

• Significant experience within Civil and Structural an advantage
• Estimating experience
• Excellent people management skills
• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Significant Project Engineering experience
• Experience in civil infrastructure
• Excellent client relationship management
• Excellent rapport with subcontractors
• Contract management experience
