Due to an internal promotion, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Tendering and Administration Officer to join our client's friendly team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting our Project Managers during the tender process

Reading and reviewing plans and specifications

Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers

Preparing tender documentation and submissions

Helping manage RFQs, quotes, and project files in Buildertrend

Learning the ropes of the construction tendering process—fast

Who You Are:

A university student (or recent graduate) studying business, construction, or project management

A confident communicator who understands construction lingo or has some industry exposure

Exceptionally organised, tech-savvy, and driven by initiative

Curious, keen to learn, and ready to take ownership of tasks

You’ll Need:

Excellent computer skills (Buildertrend experience = a plus)

A basic understanding of construction terms and safety principles

Strong writing and research skills

The ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines
