About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic People & Culture Specialist to join our team. This is a key role responsible for the continued implementation of our HR strategies and initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive and productive workplace culture. This role offers the exciting challenge of supporting a diverse workforce in a fast-paced and dynamic industry and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes our core values and employee engagement.
Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations.
Contribute to the payroll process and benefits programs.
Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of our HR technology solutions.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a similar People & Culture role, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with HR information systems and payroll software, Tanda and Xero experience preferred.
Benefits
Competitive salary package of $100,000 - $120,000.
