As the Quality and People Manager, you will have oversight of three functional areas including a total of 7 direct reports:
People and Culture/WHS
Business Support
Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001)
You’ll leverage your leadership, strategic insight, and interpersonal strengths to drive excellence across the organisation.
Your role will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, where quality standards are not only maintained but continuously improved.
Through effective people management, you will empower teams, nurture talent, and champion professional development initiatives that align with our organisational vision.
By embedding best practice, you will help ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and responsive to the evolving needs of our community and stakeholders.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field.
Experience in people and culture and WHS management, including leadership of a team.
Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation such as WHS, Fair Work, ISO 9001, ISO27001.
Demonstrated leadership to implement change at micro and macro levels.
