The successful candidate will:

· Drive culture, boost engagement, and champion wellbeing with fresh, creative ideas.

· Manage key moments across the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.

· Ensure our HR practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with current employment legislation.

· Support managers with practical guidance on people matters, including performance, development, and employee relations.

· Maintain accurate HR records and use data to support insights and decision-making.

· Help improve and streamline HR processes to create a smooth and effective employee experience.

Ideally you will have:

· Proven experience in Human Resources or People & Culture roles, with a solid understanding of HR practices.

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

· A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

· Confidence in juggling competing demands and staying focused.

· The discretion and professionalism to manage sensitive and confidential information.

· Experience navigating and adapting to a range of online systems and HR technologies.

· Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

· Return to Work Coordinator certification (highly regarded, but not essential).

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
