Location: Docklands, Onsite
Role Type: Full time ongoing
Remuneration: starting at $ 93,023.34 (inclusive of 11.5% super, depending on qualifications)

About The Role:

We're seeking an experienced automotive professional ready to share their skills and teach the next generation of technicians. You will join a supportive team culture that values professional development and collaboration.

We have one of the strongest apprenticeship and Certificate III programs in Victoria, offering a diverse range of automotive courses that prepare students for the real world with robust practical skills and knowledge.

Working in our state-of-the-art Automotive Centre of Excellence, you will deliver quality vocational education and training, and conduct competency-based assessments in a range of environments. You will have access to world-class facilities, workshop spaces and a purpose-built Electric Vehicle and Auto Electrical Lab.

We are excited about you because you have:

• Extensive experience in the automotive industry
• Marine mechanical experience is a strong advantage
• A passion for mentoring and developing future tradespeople
• Strong communication and practical teaching skills
• A team player
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willing to enrol and complete
