We have an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time qualified Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician.

Malvern Automotive Repairs are a highly respected and trusted family run business, which has been in operation since 1928. The workshop is equipped with state of the art diagnostic equipment.

We are looking for a competent and experienced technician to join our expanding team.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• The diagnosis, service and repair of various makes & models, including European vehicles
• Reporting to the Service Manager, whilst also assisting other staff in the workshop
• Consistently displaying high attention to detail and taking pride in your work
• Ensuring deadlines are met

Skills & Experience:

• European experience is an asset & will be highly regarded, but is not essential
• Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic working in the Australian Motor Industry
• A relevant trade qualification
• Valid & current Victorian driver’s license
• Able to work well unsupervised
• Well-presented and well-mannered
• Good people skills
• Own hand tools
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attributes
