Our client is a well established residential builder that has been operating in South East Qld for over 40 years. With a reputation for producing innovative and stylish homes, they have become a leader in Residential Construction targeted at 2nd-4th home buyers.

About the Position

An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Colour Consultant to join a custom residential builder.

Responsibilities will include however not be limited to

Completing 1 to 2 colour consults per week

Creating selection documentation including quotes and costings

Sourcing new products and suppliers when requested

Ensuring each design aligns with contemporary styles and individual preferences

Skills and Experience

To be considered you must demonstrate the following:

Previous experience in an interior design or colour selection based role

Residential experience advantageous

Excellent presentation, customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of the latest interior design trends

Highly organised with a high attention to detail

Full time permanent Monday to Friday Colour Consultant role

Highly lucrative commission structure equating to OTE of $120k +

Proven 120-130k income from the last 5 years with no hard selling

No hard sales, weekly base salary negotiated on experience
