THE ROLE

As a senior team member, your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with disability regulations across various projects while also overseeing business objectives. This position offers a distinct opportunity for career advancement!

DUTIES

• Review and assist with pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and relevance
• Preparation of fee proposals
• Review construction design documentation on a variety of small, medium and large-scale projects
• Offer professional advice to clients, fostering strong business relationships
• Oversee quality assurance, document control, and management processes
• Conduct site inspections and access audits
• Preparation of Reports including but not limited to Performance Solutions, Design assessments etc.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Access Consultant
• Registration as a Draftsperson, Building Surveyor, or Accredited Access Consultant is favourable but not essential
• Possession of a valid QLD driver's license
• Passion for enhancing accessibility in the built environment
• Strong creativity, drive, and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in report writing and mentoring capabilities
