The Oldmac Group is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Cleveland. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping our clients find their perfect new or used vehicle.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

Demonstrate and showcase vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and benefits

Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers

Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and drive overall business performance

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role within the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to deliver positive outcomes for both customers and the business

Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in helping customers find the perfect vehicle

Confidence in demonstrating and explaining vehicle features and specifications

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
