About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing and following up prequalified sales leads by phone

Conducting site inspections and consulting clients on the best Stratco solutions

Preparing accurate estimations and advising on installation timelines

Coordinating council approvals and maintaining client communication through to project completion

Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

✅ Minimum 3 years of proven industry or product sales experience

✅ Strong knowledge of the building industry

✅ Excellent prioritisation and time management skills

✅ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

✅ High attention to detail and professional presentation

✅ Ability to read basic construction drawings

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

✅ Current Australian driver’s licence & own reliable vehicle
