Your Role

You will join an already well developed and dynamic team of Service professionals who have a great sense of pride in providing customers all over the Riverina reliable Service support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist in the day-to-day organising of jobs for all the Service Technicians in the team. This will be done in coordination with the Service Manager and other Foremen.

Communicate with the Assembly Manager to coordinate Technicians jobs.

Assist Technicians with any questions in their day-to-day work as required. This may include assisted diagnostic work.

Review all completed repairs and sign off on repairs as being completed.

Liaise with the Service Manager regarding customer complaints.

General Technician work.

Other duties as assigned.

You Will Need To

Be appropriately qualified for your position including 5+ years’ experience as a qualified Service Technician.

Have a mature approach to foster a positive team environment

Have a strong work ethic

Be reliable

Be well presented
