A rare opportunity to step into this hot Sporting Apparel brand as their QLD Area Manager, this portfolio will see you oversee 5 locations in QLD plus 1 further store planned to open. They are looking for an established Area Manager or Multi-Site Manager who demonstrates a strong business acumen and determination to hit the ground running.

Key attributes:

Minimum 2 years multi-site management experience in a high volume and fast paced environment

Motivate each store to achieve and deliver on sales, KPIs, wages, shrink & productivity targets

The ability to implement systems and procedures to improve the business performance and efficiency within each store

Solid analytical skills, business acumen and practical application

The ability to support, coach and train a successful team

Energy and passion

Work closely with the General Manager

On Offer:

Up to $90k base + super + car allowance (base salary dependent on years of experience)

Monday to Friday roster with occasional Saturdays
