Join HARDKORR—an innovative, fast-growing business in the 4WD and outdoor lighting industry. We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead from the front and take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role with variety, responsibility, and a strong team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and mentoring a small warehouse team (5–20 staff)

Managing goods in/out, inventory control, stocktakes and dispatch

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and yard

Overseeing external areas including the carpark and loading zone

Coordinating warehouse consumables, equipment and forklifts

Delivering toolbox talks and on-the-job training

Working with internal departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery

Driving/implementing process improvements and operational efficiency

About You

You’re a confident warehouse leader who leads by example. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment. People respect your organisation, communication, and can-do attitude.

What You’ll Need

✅ 3+ years’ experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
✅ Proven ability to lead and develop teams
✅ Strong warehousing and distribution knowledge
✅ Current forklift licence (essential)
✅ Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
✅ Excellent time management and communication skills
✅ A positive, team-first approach
✅ Knowledge of 12V electrical systems is a bonus
✅ Experience in the 4WD or recreational vehicle industry is a bonus
