Position: Casual / Full-time (Available) : 24 - 38 hours for the right candidate.

Section waiter's responsibility

Warm, professional and attentive to details

Confident in engaging with guests and providing memorable dining experience

Ability to manage your own sections, taking orders and delivering high quality service to guest

Strong Food & Beverage knowledge and are able to explain to guests

High standard in table setting, clearness and presentation

High communication skills

Excellent guests service skills

Bartender's responsibility

Preparing and serving a range of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages

Providing attentive table service to customers, taking orders and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner

Restocking and maintaining bar and service station supplies

Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the bar and dining areas

Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required

What we look for

Previous experience for 2 years as a bartender or waiter in fast-paced environment

Knowledge of a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic options

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm, friendly and efficient service

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexible and adaptable, able to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Availability to work weekends both Friday and Saturday
