About the role

We are seeking experienced Section Waiters and Bartenders to join our team at Kondalilla Eco Resort in Flaxton, Queensland. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our eco-resort.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality table service in our restaurant and bar areas

Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks

Assisting with food service, including plating and presenting dishes

Responding promptly and courteously to customer requests and queries

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Contributing to a positive team dynamic and guest experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Section Waiter or Bartender in a hospitality setting

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Knowledge of food and beverage service, including proper pouring techniques and drink preparation

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Good communication and teamwork skills

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
