We are now currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House

team members to join our famiglia.

What We’re Looking for:

As a Section Waiter at Il Vento, you will be responsible for managing your designated section.

From greeting guests when they are seated and guiding them through our menu and delivering

knowledgeable service throughout their experience, your focus will be on ensuring every guest

enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

● Communication Skills

Clear, confident, and friendly — both with guests and team members.

● Work Ethic

Reliability, consistency, and punctuality.

● Menu Knowledge

Willing to learn the Menu, specials, and wine pairings.

● Awareness

Able to read guests, knowing when and when not to engage, and tailoring service to

different personalities and specific needs of guests.

Works great with their team. Communicates well with the team both front and back of

house.

● Managing your own section with confidence and care

● Delivering professional service that makes guests feel welcome

● Knowing the Menu inside and out

● Taking patrons food and drink orders

● Delivering drinks from bar to table

● Clearing and resetting of tables
