The Role

We are looking for an experienced section waiter, with experience in fine dining preferred. As a waiter you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, by guiding them through our menu by Michelin star chef Matt Lambert and our extensive wine list curated by master sommelier, Cameron Douglas. This role is for up to 30 hours per week, with more hours available for the right candidate.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

have a minimum of 1 year experience in a premium venue as a section waiter or above

be flexible to work a range of shifts and days including lunch and dinner

have excellent customer service and a high service standard

be warm and personable, with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences

have excellent personal presentation

have basic wine knowledge

be fluent in English

be a team player
