As we open our doors, we’re looking for someone who will be the face of the practice and the voice of our brand online.

The Role

This is a unique dual role combining front desk responsibilities with digital content and marketing coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to shape their in-person experience, while also playing a key part in building our brand identity online.

Your Responsibilities

Reception & Patient Experience:

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs with professionalism

• Handle appointment scheduling, phone enquiries, emails, and patient follow-ups

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office space

• Support clinicians and ensure a seamless patient journey from consultation to treatment

Marketing & Content Coordination:

• Capture behind-the-scenes content (photos/videos) of the clinic, team, and treatments (with consent)

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Work with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and online presence

• Manage inboxes/messages from social media channels and liaise with potential patients

• Help coordinate before-and-after photos and testimonials

About You

• Immaculately presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with patients and on camera if needed

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

• Comfortable using smartphones, social media apps, and basic content tools

• Prior dental or medical reception experience preferred but not essential

• Interest in beauty, aesthetics, or health industries is a bonus

• Eager to grow within a fast-paced, boutique environment
