About the role

Become the face of our vibrant Acai store in the heart of Subiaco, WA. As the Acai Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our business, all while fostering a positive work environment.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and budgeting to ensure profitability.
• Determine inventory levels, maintain stock control, and liaise with suppliers to optimise store performance
• Contribute to the development and implementation of purchasing and marketing policies, including pricing setting to drive sales.
• Implement marketing campaigns to drive store visibility and customer engagement
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyse stock levels and financial transactions for smooth operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• At least 1 years' experience in the same or a similar role.
• Food safety supervisor certificate
• Understanding of the Acai products and health food industry
• Management skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate a dynamic retail environment
