As a Brenniston First Aid Kit Service Representative, you will play a vital role in making Australian workplaces safer.

Brenniston Workplace First Aid is a leader in Australian workplace first aid and safety. We deliver premium products with a focus on Australian designed and produced first aid kits.

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised team player to keep our customers’ workplace first aid kits and supplies in-date, stocked and compliant with legislated work health and safety requirements.

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, and working with a dedicated and supportive team, the role is based on the road and will service customers in Melbourne's northern and western suburbs, with some regional work. Meetings and administrative duties are located at our headquarters in Hawthorn East.

It includes the following conditions:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm

Territory: Northern and western suburbs of Melbourne, and some regional areas

Employment terms: Permanent full-time with all pro-rata employee entitlements

Trial period: 3 months

Start date: As soon as possible

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Scheduling site appointments with customers by phone and email

Servicing customers' kits by checking for expired, low or missing stock in line with established checklists

Preparing quotes or orders for replenishment stock

Removing obsolete stock

Leaving customers’ kits organised, neat and replenished as required

Proven skills and experience:

Passionate about customer service and building professional relationships

Highly organised and time efficient

Methodical and attentive to detail

Dependable and hard-working

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service

Comfortable using MS Office and iPhone

Familiarity with first aid, medical products or WHS regulations an advantage

Working With Children Check (Victoria) required

Full Victorian Drivers Licence required

Driving History Report and Police Check required
