Key Responsibilities:

Enhance and optimise the experience of trial participants

Proactively manage and resolve participant complaints to ensure high satisfaction

Implement participant feedback systems and reporting

Continuously improve services based on participant feedback

Act as a liaison between participants and the clinical team to ensure smooth communication and elevated participant experience

Monitor social media platforms and analytics

Support marketing initiatives and strategies

Collaborate with our marketing agency to enhance Veritus Research’s online presence

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare or the clinical research industry

Experience collaborating on digital marketing initiatives
