Customer Service - Aluminium Windows and Doors

About Us

Wholesale Windows is a SA based business which specialises in the supply of aluminium windows, doors and security screens.

Our warehouse is located in Wingfield and stocks a large range of windows and doors in various styles and sizes. We also source products that are custom made to suit our customer’s requirements.

Our customer base is varied and includes supplying windows and doors for new houses, renovations and extensions, shed conversions or replacement window work.

We are seeking an experienced, focused, self driven and well organised individual to provide outstanding service to new and existing customers. Our business is fast paced and requires a person with a flexible temperament to cater for constant changes and shifts in priorities.

Role

Key tasks and responsibilities of this diverse position include:

Customer service – attending to enquiries and sales by telephone, email and over the counter

Quoting – phone, email and face to face

Administration – preparing quotes, invoices and job related documentation, scheduling of jobs/ deliveries

Liaising with suppliers – ordering and following up progress of jobs

Handling of incoming goods and assisting with customer collection

Product knowledge – product specification and advice on installation methods

Skills and Experience

Experience in the Aluminium Window and Door Industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident and well presented

Sound Computer Skills

The ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, exercise initiative and multi-task

Foresight, problem solving skills and attention to detail

Benefits

The role is 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday) Permanent Part Time (with some flexibility as to start/finish time)

.8 FTE

Salary is negotiable depending on experience
