Due to growth in the SEQ region I am working with an established project home builder to find their next Building Supervisor. This business works with 1st/2nd/3rd home owners and upholds its name for bringing affordable, quality product to the market. This is an autonomous role that would suit someone who enjoys running their own schedule & delivering high end customer service.

Duties:

• Strictly 15 projects at any one time.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and internal teams on a daily basis
• Conduct and document safety and quality checks on all sites
• Handover projects within the allocated timeframes
• Programme all your sites in advance using project management software

Requirements for this role:

• Trade qualified Carpenter with valid QBCC Supervisors licence
• Min. 3 years working as a Supervisor on new home builds
• Proven tenure in your previous roles and contactable references
• Be tech savvy - this role requires your documentation to be up to date
• Must be personable and have top tier communication skills
