Electrical Project Administrator / Estimator

We are a professional organisation, based in Alexandria, who has been delivering smart, sustainable electrical and mechanical solutions for 18 years.

Due to recent growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, we are expanding and looking for a motivated Project Administrator / Estimator to join our team.

The Role

This is a dual role supporting both project delivery and estimating. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Directors, assisting from tender through to completion.

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds — whether you’re an experienced industry professional or early In your career, having studied Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with tender preparation, sourcing supplier and subcontractor pricing.

Support project administration: contracts, purchase orders, variations, and invoicing.

Maintain project documentation and registers.

Track budgets, timelines, and project costs.

Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Assist with procurement schedules and compliance documentation.

About You

Ability to work under pressure, to tight timeframes and demanding client expectations.

Experience in Project Administration, Estimating, or Construction Support.

Interest or background in electrical, mechanical, or construction industries.

Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Aconex, Procore, or simPRO is a plus.

Confident written and verbal communication skills.

Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
