About you:
Joining the Project Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of your projects simultaneously to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. A core responsibility of your role as Project Manager will be to develop, manage, and adhere to individualised project programmes for each project. You will also be responsible for managing materials and skilled hours to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contribute positively to the financial objectives of the company. Your role will involve coordinating with internal and external suppliers on the scope of works and other project requirements to ensure timely delivery. You will oversee mechanical and/or electrical projects across a range of settings. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.

You can deliver on the following Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that your projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor and report on financial performance of your projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Commit to uphold and demonstrate our core values at all times, represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times and commit to the company's continued success.
You meet the following Key Requirements:
Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience such as valid and relevant trade licence and 3 years demonstrated leadership and management experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial construction industry.
Experienced in project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate others, manage conflict, liaise with a range of stakeholders, read and understand contracts and craft high level documentation.
A commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
A valid NSW Driver’s licence.
Ability to travel extensively throughout regional NSW.
